No, under no circumstances. Access to Locker-BNBHolder is reserved exclusively for the use of the lockers. Therefore, you may not eat or drink inside the locker, nor may you make use of any movable property that may be inside. Video surveillance 24/7, 365 days a year.
Completely. The Locker-BNBHolder premises are protected by a video surveillance system 24/7 365 days a year by Prosegur. In addition, we offer the option of AXA insurance that protects each suitcase against damage or theft up to a maximum of €1,000 (police invoice must be presented). We recommend that you do not deposit objects exceeding this value. Anything over this value, as well as personal documentation, will be deposited at your own risk and responsibility.
